Recipe for Spanish Paella

This is the favourite recipe for paella of the people at our design studio in Holland.
It's quite a large document so we cut it in slices. Thus you can always exit if you're full of paella...

Find yourself a fish market; our favourite market may not be in your neighbourhood. It's Mercat Sant Antoni at Ronda Sant Antoni in Barcelona.

Buy your favourite seafood. Any kind you can afford. We ate a  lot of the cheap snails (bottom-left). But we prefer the following mixture: 500gr of squid, 12 giant shrimps and 1kg of mussels.

Buy one fresh Merluza (Hake, or Heek as we call it in Holland).

Here is a complete list of the ingredients you have to buy.

Beware that your fellow travellers won't like the smell of your groceries as mucg as you do. Luckily in this case were thrown out of the train close to our destination.

Making paella is like sailing a boat. There should always be one captain. The caplain in this episode is Jaume...,
a famous industrial designer at Via Design who decided to sell encyclopedias instead and finally is making some money.
